Introduction

This Data Deletion Policy outlines the procedure for users of BlitzSports ("App") who wish to delete their data from our App.

User Data Deletion Request

Users may request the deletion of their data in two ways:

  • Directly through the App: Users can request data deletion within the App's settings under the section 'Delete Account.'
  • Contact support@blitzsports.com and request deletion.

Data to be Deleted

Upon a deletion request, the following data will be removed:

  • Personal information provided by the user or collected through any third-party login.
  • All user-associated data collected by the App, such as usage statistics, preferences, and errors.

Note: game-related data will not be deleted but disassociated from the user.

Deletion Process

  • Verification: The user's identity will be verified before processing the deletion request to prevent unauthorized deletions.
  • Confirmation: Once verified, the user will receive confirmation that the deletion process has begun.
  • Timeframe: The data deletion will be completed within 30 days of the confirmed request.

Data Retention

  • Required Retention: Certain information may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Anonymized Data: We may retain anonymized data that cannot be linked to any individual user for analytics and product improvement purposes.

Third-Party Services

If users have utilized third-party services with our App, they may need to contact the service providers to ensure complete data deletion.

Reactivation

Users should be aware that the account cannot be reactivated or restored once their data is deleted.

Changes to the Policy

We may update this Data Deletion Policy periodically and advise users to review it regularly.
